We are looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant who understands real business workflows and can turn operational chaos into structured systems. You will work with clients and internal teams to scope, configure, deploy, and optimize Odoo modules. This is a mid-level, hands-on position for someone who wants ownership and variety and who enjoys seeing implementations actually deliver value.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Odoo implementations across multiple modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Projects.
- Conduct client workshops to understand business needs and convert them into functional requirements.
- Configure Odoo modules, customize workflows, and support integrations.
- Collaborate with developers to define customizations, test features, and maintain quality.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-deployment support.
- Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance and usability.
- Support adoption by helping teams understand how Odoo supports their processes.
Required Skills and Experience
- Two to four years of hands-on experience with Odoo implementations in either Community or Enterprise editions.
- Strong understanding of core business processes, including sales, finance, supply chain, and operations.
- Ability to gather requirements, translate them into actionable specifications, and manage implementation timelines.
- Comfort with basic technical concepts such as XML views, workflows, APIs, and module structures.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience providing user training and rollout support.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Python and the Odoo development environment.
- Experience with third-party integrations or ERP migrations.
- Familiarity with project management tools and agile practices.
