About The Role

We are looking for a Custom ERP Developer who can build reliable, scalable, and industry ready solutions. You will work across retail, finance, manufacturing, and professional services. This is a hands-on engineering role that demands strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex business needs into clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle ERP implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations that teams can actually follow.
Drive weekly progress reviews and ensure blockers are resolved quickly.
Work closely with functional consultants and developers to align requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
Manage client expectations and communicate clearly at all stages of the project.
Track scope, budget, risks, and change requests.
Ensure proper testing, training, and documentation are completed before deployment.
Support post-launch stabilization and handover to support teams.

Required Skills and Experience

Strong experience in ERP development using Python or another backend language.
Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling.
Experience working on ERP or enterprise software in at least one of the following domains: retail, finance, manufacturing, or professional services.
Ability to understand business logic and build systems that reflect real-world processes.
Familiarity with APIs, integration patterns, and authentication methods.
Strong debugging skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with Odoo, SAP customization, Dynamics customization, or any modular ERP framework.
Experience building dashboards, reports, or analytics features.
Knowledge of message queues, microservices, or cloud deployment environments.
Comfort with frontend frameworks or UI tweaks when needed.
