We need a Project Manager who can keep ERP implementation projects on track without breaking a sweat. You will oversee planning, execution, delivery, and client communication from start to finish. This is not a passive coordinator role. You will steer decisions, manage risks, and make sure the team delivers real business value instead of drowning in scope creep.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle ERP implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations that teams can actually follow.
- Drive weekly progress reviews and ensure blockers are resolved quickly.
- Work closely with functional consultants and developers to align requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
- Manage client expectations and communicate clearly at all stages of the project.
- Track scope, budget, risks, and change requests.
- Ensure proper testing, training, and documentation are completed before deployment.
- Support post-launch stabilization and handover to support teams.
Required Skills and Experience
- Three to five years of project management experience with ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software implementations.
- Strong understanding of business processes such as finance, sales, supply chain, operations, or HR.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple moving parts.
- Skilled in client communication and expectation management.
- Experience in creating project documentation, including plans, SOWs, and status reports.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where priorities shift.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or any major ERP.
- Knowledge of basic technical concepts related to integrations or system architecture.
- Formal project management training or certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master.
